The firm has +100 partners worldwide, who receive their quarterly payments through a mix of local remuneration, LLP trading profits and other payment mechanisms.
The Partner Remuneration application serves as the platform to plan and report on the distribution of profits.
Their challenge
OC&C faced a complex operational challenge: distributing approximately £50 million annually across 100 global partners.
Each partner's profit share was determined by a performance-based evaluation, with payments varying not only in amount but also in method, such as salary or dividends, and multiple currencies.
Managing this intricate process in Excel had become unmanageable, error-prone, and time-consuming. The lack of scalability and flexibility hindered their ability to make timely decisions, test different scenarios, and communicate results clearly across the business.
