Lore Group had been a Board client for three years with 200 licenses. However, despite this investment, they encountered significant barriers in realising the full value of the platform. Technical complexities, inconsistent data from disparate sources, and a lack of internal confidence in the accuracy of the information led to ongoing delays in going live.
Without a reliable single source of truth, teams hesitated to rely on the system for decision-making, which in turn threatened user adoption and overall trust in the solution.

Our proposal
To regain momentum and restore confidence in the solution, we recommended a strategic reset: one that built on the existing investment while addressing the root causes of the delay. Lore Group committed to developing a centralised Data Hub, specifically designed to meet the business’s needs in Strategic and Financial Reporting and KPI Analysis.
Rather than replacing the platform, we leveraged the existing Board implementation as the foundation. Our team took ownership of completing and extending the data integration layer, connecting multiple data sources into a unified, automated pipeline.
We rebuilt the reporting suite to ensure it delivered actionable insights, and we implemented a rigorous testing and validation process to guarantee data integrity and build user trust.
Adoption strategies were also prioritised, with tailored onboarding and documentation to support business users across departments. This approach enabled Lore Group to not only go live with confidence but also to future-proof their reporting infrastructure for growth and scalability.
